DECORATING ENAMEL INSERTS WITH ENAMEL GRANULATION

The results of an experimental study the combined enamelling technique are presented – enamel with granulation. Original inserts, decorated granules various colours and sizes, were obtained, use which expands possibilities decorative enamelling. It is shown that different degrees fusion grain on prepared base gives artistic effects. Spherical grains, qualitatively adhered to ground, give a more explicit, spectacular relief; focus specific elements pictorial composition. Melted hemispherical grains light texture composition, support complement painting. Recommendations given formation granulation, preparation soil, drawing details, firing temperatures enamels obtain high-quality granulation colourful as well other technological design aspects decorating process.
